RTX 2070 SUPER is a high-end graphics card from Nvidia and is the second most powerful graphics card in the new RTX SUPER cards lineup from Nvidia. In fact, it is originally the part of the GeForce RTX 20 series that is based on the Turing GPU architecture and is built on the 12nm FinFET manufacturing process. The card sits above the RTX 2070 and below the RTX 2080 in the lineup. It is significantly powerful than the RTX 2070 and offers RTX 2080 levels of performance at a lower price. The card costs the same as of RTX 2070 but is faster than it. This is a great 1440p gaming card and you can also run most of the AAA games at 4K resolution too on very high graphics settings with 60+ FPS on average. For 4K gaming, you may have to tone down some of the graphics settings for some of the most demanding titles to achieve constant 60 FPS on average.
GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER uses the TU104 CPU Core, the same present in the RTX 2080, and comes with 2560 CUDA Cores and 8GB GDDR6 memory having 256-bit interface with a speed of 14Gbps, and offers memory bandwidth of 448GB/s. It also comes with RT Cores for Real Time Ray Tracing and Tensor Cores for Deep Learning Super Sampling (DLSS) in supported games. The card supports DirectX 12, OpenGL 4.6, OpenCL, G-Sync, NVIDIA NVLink (SLI-Ready), Turing NVIDIA Encoder (NVENC) and is VR Ready. The card consumes almost the same power that of RTX 2080 at 215W and requires a good 650W PSU for its working. There are various models of this card available from different graphics card manufacturers, and here I am going to list the best ones based on different factors that include overclocking, cooler, form factor and budget.

ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER Twin Fan
[Silent / Quiet Operation]
ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER Twin Fan is one of the most affordable RTX 2070 SUPER cards in the market. However, being relatively cheaper, it does not compromise on performance and quality and is as good as the pricier RTX 2070 SUPER cards. This a dual-slot card with IceStorm 2.0 Cooling that uses dual 90mm fans over an aluminum heatsink. The fans on this card are controlled individually, which means they rotate at different speeds, depending on the cooling needed to keep the temperature under control. This is done automatically and it also ensures quieter operation and saves fan life too. The card operates at stock GPU clock speed only, which is 1770 MHz for Boost. However, you can overclock this card to some extent using the Zotac FireStorm Utility or other good overclocking software like MSI Afterburner.
The card sports Zotac Gaming LED logo on the side and you change its color, brightness, and effects using the SPECTRA Lighting System Utility, which you can download for free from here. Also, the card comes with a metal backplate that gives it strength and rigidity, so that it does not sag or bends due to its own weight. The power consumption of the card is rated at 175W and it requires one 8-pin and one 6-pin PCIe connectors from the PSU. The power supply recommend for the card is 650W and video outputs on this card include three DisplayPort and one HDMI port.
Note: Another very good affordable RTX 2070 SUPER card is EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER BLACK GAMING.

Fastest RTX 2070 SUPER [Most Overclocked]
ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER OC edition
[Silent, Big on Performance, RGB LED Lighting]
ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER OC edition is unarguably the fastest and most overclocked RTX 2070 SUPER card that has got GPU Boost clock of 1935 MHz (OC Mode), which is 165 MHz more than the reference card. This is a massive card with bigger dimensions and with its 2.7 slot design, it consumes three slots on your motherboard and computer case. This card has got a great cooler that consists of a large heatsink with copper heatpipes, and over it, three Axial-tech fans are there. The fans are quiet in operation, and to add to it, the 0dB technology on this card shuts off the fans when the temperature is under 55 degrees Celsius for super silent operation. The fans kick back in action when this threshold temperature is crossed to cool down the card immediately during gaming or high GPU load. The card is supported by a metal backplate that prevents it from bending due to its own weight.
The card comes with pretty unique features that you won’t find in other RTX 2070 SUPER cards. It comes with RGB lighting on the shroud and metal backplate (with Asus Aura Sync support), Dual BIOS, 2 hybrid-controlled fan headers, one Aura RGB header, Super Alloy Power II and MaxContact Technology for improving thermals. The ASUS GPU Tweak II utility lets you overclock, tweak and monitor various important parameters that include GPU core clock, memory frequency, voltage settings, etc. The card consumes a bit more power than other RTX 2070 SUPER cards and requires two 8-pin PCIe connectors. However, the PSU recommendation for this card is still 650 Watts. It has got five video outputs that include two DisplayPort, two HDMI ports and a single USB Type-C c port with VirtualLink support for VR headsets.

If you are looking for the best triple fan RTX 2070 SUPER card then it is Gigabyte AORUS GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER 8G. This is a massive card and looks amazing because of its fancy RGB lighting on the fans. The card is heavily overclocked and comes with GPU Boost clock speed of 1905 MHz, which is 135 MHz more than of the reference card. It comes with 12+2 power phases that provide stable and efficient power delivery during overclocking and at full load. For cooling, it employs WINDFORCE Stack 3X 100mm Fan Cooling System that consists of triple fans and a massive heatsink with copper heatpipes that are in direct touch with the GPU. The triple fan setup on this card employs an alternative spinning solution, in which the middle fan spins in the opposite direction to reduce the air turbulence and enhances the airflow pressure for better cooling performance.
This is a monstrous card with triple slot design and uses three slots on your motherboard and PC case. The build quality of the card is great and also comes with a metal backplate for extra support and rigidity. The RGB lighting on this card looks super amazing as it forms an RGB ring around the fan when fans are in motion. It supports RGB Fusion 2 and the lighting can be controlled, customized and synced with other compatible RGB devices using the Gigabyte’s RGB Fusion 2 software. You can also control and monitor the various aspects of this card i.e. clock speeds, voltage, fan performance, power target, overclock, fan speed, etc. using the Gigabyte AORUS Graphics Engine Utility. The power consumption of the card is a bit on the higher side compared to other RTX 2070 SUPER cards, and it requires two 8-pin PCIe power connectors and a hefty 650W PSU for its working. It comes with 7 video outputs that include three DisplayPort, three HDMI ports and one USB Type-C connector (supports VirtualLink). This is a true VR graphics card and is certainly the best RTX 2070 SUPER card that you can ever find.
