Players now have the opportunity to chase down a variety of bosses in Borderlands 3 and eliminate them for a high chance of receiving specific legendary items. Vault Hunters, on the search for the location of this evil combo, will need to make their way to Konrad's Hold area on the planet of Pandora. Thunk and Sloth will be waiting at their rare spawn location in one of these rooms that you will find to your right on your path.

In Borderlands 3 Quest Reward Items are rewarded after or during a quest. After the quest is completed there are 2 ways to farm Base Game items:

Borderlands 2 Sniper List

• Eridian Fabricator
  On the Legendary firing mode, the Eridian Fabricator occasionally drops quest reward items from Base Game.
• Crazy Earl's Veteran Rewards machine in Sanctuary has one Quest Reward Item from the Base game as the Item of the day.

DLC quest items can't be farmed by these methods.

Quest Reward Items in Borderlands 2 can be farmed on PC by Read-Only farming.

How to Read-Only farm:

1. Go to the location where you hand in the quest.
2. Save the game by toggling your Badass Rank on/off.
3. Then go into the file explorer on your computer. Go to the file path:
   C:UsersNAMEDocumentsMy GamesBorderlands 2WillowGameSaveData
4. Go to your most recent Save File (.sav) and:
   right-click → properties
5. Under General tick the Read-only box.
6. Back in-game and hand in the quest.
7. Exit to the main menu, then back into the game.
8. Now you will be able to hand in the quest again.

Tip:
Store the items in Claptrap's Secret Stash.
This way you can get the quest reward items multiple times since they are saved on a different SaveFile.

After the quest is completed the item is removed from your inventory.
If you want to keep the item you can't finish the quest.

Dedicated drops are items that can only be farmed at one or rarely more sources that have the item assigned to them.

Crew Challenge Rewards are mailed to you when you reach a certain % of that challenge.

External Source items are mailed to you for activities or purchases outside of the game.

Torgue Vending Machines can be found throughout the 'Mr. Torgue's Campaign of Carnage' DLC.
All gear can be purchased using Torgue Tokens which can be obtained throughout the campaign.

Legendary Gear may appear as 'Item of the Day'.
